Southcoast (SC) specializes in plumbing & gas for luxury oceanfront estates and historical renovation projects in Palm Beach County. Our mission is to perform jobs correctly the first time, gaining trust and confidence from our builders and owners.
Southcoast is not a “service” oriented plumbing company, however we maintain and warranty the homes we complete. Services offerings include back-flow certifications, repairs, replacing water heaters, & maintaining defective plumbing fixtures at the residence. Southcoast can also modify existing plumbing conditions at the owner’s request.
One of our valued clients has utilized our services on eight of his new oceanfront & intercoastal homes. Southcoast excels at plumbing work in estate homes ranging from 5,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft.
Builders Services:
- Assist architects & engineers in the plumbing design.
- Assist owners & designers with plumbing fixture selections.
- Red-line & as-builts drawings for all projects for future reference.
- SC requires a pre-drywall & final inspection checklist be completed prior to getting an official inspection. The checklist remains in the project file for future reference.
- Creates isometric drawings for sanitary, water distribution, & gas risers.
- Conduct MEP coordination meeting with builders & tradesman for ceiling work to bring awareness to piping routes.
- Provide value engineering to increase savings to homeowners.
- Camera existing conditions on renovation projects to help prevent any unforeseen plumbing issues.
